Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

Briarwood Row is developed by VeldCo. This policy covers briarwoodrow.com. In it, "we" and "us" mean VeldCo.

Information you give us

When you send a message through the Contact or Available Homes form, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include: phone number, floor plan, home site, and message. If you email us directly, we receive your message and email address.

Form submissions are emailed to our sales team. The website does not keep a copy.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Contentsquare to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Contentsquare collects information such as the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. It may record visits so we can replay how pages were used. Contentsquare uses cookies and similar technology to do this.
• Hosting and security. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver pages and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions and requests for our phone number come from a person, not an automated program.
• Map. The Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information under Google's Privacy Policy.

The site's own code does not set cookies. Cookies on this site come from the services above.

How we use information

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and deliver our email (Cloudflare, Oracle Cloud email delivery, Contentsquare, and Google for the map), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
